We are working to bring CarePortal to Forsyth County, NC—and we need partners like you to make it possible.
CarePortal is a technology that empowers local communities to care for children and families in crisis. Whether it’s providing a crib for a newborn, groceries for a struggling single parent, or mentorship for a teen aging out of foster care, CarePortal helps real people respond to real needs. It is a need that comes to your phone (through email) as well as the CarePortal app.
Churches & Faith Groups: Join the network to receive real-time alerts and respond to urgent needs in our community.
Child-Serving Professionals: Help identify and submit vetted requests on behalf of Forsyth County children and families.
Community Champions: Businesses and organizations can sign up as a Community Champion to fund needs. The need will be delivered by a member of a church that has signed up.
Community Leaders & Advocates: Help us spread the word, host info sessions, and build momentum for a successful launch.
