Foster Care to Success (FC2S) administers two key programs in North Carolina for education funding:

Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program: Provides up to $5,000 annually to eligible current and former foster youth for college or vocational training expenses.

NC Reach: A state-funded scholarship covering up to four years of undergraduate study at North Carolina public colleges and universities for students who aged out of foster care or were adopted after age 12.
