More Than A Job NC is a free, voluntary program offered by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) for individuals receiving Food and Nutrition Services (FNS). Services include career planning, job search assistance, vocational training, and academic support such as ESL and GED preparation. The program also offers financial assistance for transportation, work attire, and testing fees.
